What sizes are available?
Our standard panel sizes are 1220mm x 2440mm and 1500mm x 3050mm, available in both 10mm and 16mm thicknesses. Bespoke sizes can also be produced for specific projects. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What liner colours do you offer?
We offer WTL white liner, Kraft brown liner, and our new WW gloss white liner.
What is the GSM of your liner?
Our liner is 450 GSM.
What products do you offer?
We offer two product grades. Hexblanc features a honeycomb core with a 6mm cell size, making it suitable for both 2D and 3D applications. Ahblanc features an NDC core and is designed for heavy-duty applications.
Is your product fully recyclable?
Yes, our product is fully recyclable. The adhesive used is a water-based PVA glue.
How does the product help reduce environmental impact?
Our products are FSC regulated, supporting responsible sourcing and helping customers choose a more sustainable material option.
How does your material perform with a V-cut?
Testing has been completed using AXYZ routers, Zünd, and Kongsberg cutting systems. Results demonstrate that our materials are suitable for smooth-edge V-cut applications.
How can the material be printed?
The material is suitable for direct digital printing and screen printing. Some customers also choose to apply vinyl to the surface.
How should the material be stored?
To help maintain product quality and longevity, we recommend storing the material in a dry, moisture-free environment. Where applicable, store panels flat with suitable weight on top to help preserve flatness.
What are the main applications for this material?
Common applications include exhibition stand construction, shopfitting, POS and POP displays, figurines, furniture construction, hanging signs, industrial applications, interior design, lamination substrates for prints and photographs, packaging, shop window design, signage, and display stands.
