HEXACON®

HEXACON is also known as Hexagonal Panel or honeycomb panels or sandwich panels. HEXACON
are economical and environmentally friendly protective items used to protect products during
transportation and shipping as shock absorbers and fillers. HEXACON comes in brown bio-kraft.

CONCORE®

CONCORE (Conversia Core or Honeycomb Core) technology made use of one of nature’s strongest structures, the “Honey Cell”. CONCORE serves as the filler for our various honeycomb boards such as HEXACON, AH ULTRA, HEXBLANC, and AH BLANC. These are used as components for robust boxes, doors, tables, separators, media and visual systems, etc.

PACOR®

PACOR is also known as Pacfort Corner or edge protectors or corner protectors. PACOR are economical and environmentally friendly protective items used to protect products from tensional strapping and lashing during transport and shipping. PACOR comes in brown bio-kraft.

PACFLAT®

PACFLAT (Pacfort Flatboard, Flat Protectors, or Separators) are economically and environmentally friendly protective items used to protect products from damages from container sides during transportation and shipping. PACFLAT comes in brown bio-kraft.

BIOPAL®

BIOPAL is also known as Bio Pallet or paper pallet or honeycomb pallet. BIOPAL is used for shipping and transportation of various products. BIOPAL is a lightweight platform used to carry goods in displays and warehouses, racking or in the factory store. The BIOPAL is designed to be handled using a pallet jack, forklift and battery-operated lifters. As per ISPM15 law and regulations, no fumigation or treatment is required thus resulting in a lower cost compared to wood alternatives.

ROBOX®

ROBOX is PACFORT’s revolutionary box made of honeycomb and edgeboard materials. ROBOX possess mechanical properties to boxes made of plastic and wood therefore considered as an excellent economic and environmental-friendly alternative. ROBOX comes with or without a built-in pallet. As per ISPM15 law and regulations, no fumigation or treatment is required thus resulting to lesser cost than wood

ROBOX-F®

ROBOX-F (a.k.a. Robust Box Foldable), also commonly known as honeycomb box, is made from high-grade HEXACON, PACOR, PACFLAT, and HEXA³ used for shipping and transportation of various products. The standard ROBOX-F is made up of three different components: 1-piece base, 1 piece folded side and 1-piece top. The ROBOX-F base is designed to be handled using the pallet jack, forklift and battery-operated lifters. ROBOX-F dimensions can be custom-made as per customer requirements. ROBOX-F offers a lightweight option for protecting products during shipping and transportation while also providing a positive image and platform to any company in support to environment-friendly initiatives and recyclable packaging. Lastly, ROBOX-F as per ISPM15 law and regulations, no fumigation or treatment is required thus resulting to lesser cost than wood.

ROBOX-R®

ROBOX-R is Pacfort’s revolutionary box made of honeycomb and edgeboard materials. The “Recycling” type ROBOX or ROBOX-R is a box specially designed for storage documents that will later be subjected for shredding. It comes with a customised lid to easily insert any size of paper. As per ISPM15 law and regulations, no fumigation or treatment is required making it a cheaper alternative to wood.

ROBOX-8®

ROBOX-8® is Pacfort’s revolutionary box made of honeycomb and edgeboard materials. The “OCTABIN” is a box specially designed for the collection of crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) cables. Initially custom designed for Borouge and other cable manufacturers’ built in process. As per ISPM15 law and regulations, no fumigation or treatment is required making it a cheaper alternative to wood

ROBTOP®

ROBTOP is a paper-based packaging design made by Pacfort that can be used to replace wooden boxes/crates. ROBTOP is designed to serve applications where a wooden base would be required. No fasteners are required in the assembly of this product

PACTOP®

PACTOP® ,also known as Pacfort Top Frame or commonly known as a top frame, are special covers used to ease the strapping of irregularly shaped products. PACTOP also provides a flat and straight surface for easy stacking during shipments and transportation. As per ISPM15 law and regulations, no fumigation or treatment is required thus resulting in PACTOP being a less expensive alternative to wood.

AH ULTRA®

AH ULTRA is Pacfort’s patented paper-based panel, known scientifically as Narrow Diamond Panel (NDP), which is made of Narrow Diamond Core (NDC). AH ULTRA is a revolutionary product that exhibits an exceptional puncture of 46tons/m² compression strength, edge compression and bending strength. AH ULTRA are economical and environmentally friendly items used to protect products during transportation and shipping as shock absorbers and fillers. AH ULTRA comes in brown bio-kraft.

HEXBLANC®

HEXBLANC is also equivalent to Hexagonal Panel or commonly referred to as honeycomb panels or sandwich panels which consists of white top and/or bottom laminated and mainly used by media companies for printing related applications. HEXBLANC are also economical and environmentally friendly protective items that can be used to protect products during transportation and shipping as shock absorbers and fillers

AH BLANC®

economical, lightweight, and are 100% recyclable which makes them an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional materials.
