From products that require high horizontal sheer forces to products that require tilting resistance , and products with high point load to products that require minimum vibration level.
Pacfort succeeded by using the invented ah ultra panel to build boxes with 5 tons stacking load. Pacfort also developed a very efficient & economical design for boxes of small dimension to ensure zero external forces impact on loaded products. Pacfort offers digital or flexo printing of the boxes with 4 colours & water reppellent treatment to enabled storing boxes under direct rain.

Handling
To be able to provide a full paper based crating solution, pacfort has developed its paper pallet range under the brand name biopal.
The paper pallet can be sold built in as part of our paper boxes or separately.
The key factor in developing the paper pallet was to build a pallet runner (leg) with high compression stregth , stability & rigid surface for better glue bond.
Pacfort r&d team developed a range of pallet runners under the brand name hexa³, pacfort’s hexa³ can withstand weights up to 1 ton per 190 mm length piece.
The combination of hexa³ & our invented ah ultra panel gave extra ordinary mechanical properties to our biopal pallet with static load of 9 tons and dynamic load of 1.5 tons.

We have been always proud of the quality our honeycomb panels posses , the panels are manufactured using our concore honeycomb core with the highest levels of cell shape conformity.
Our honeycomb panels production technology includes a high level of control over gluing bond and thicknesses up to 0.5 mm tolerance.
In addition to the traditional range of honeycomb panels , pacfort in 2020 inrtdocued a new panel innovation using an invented paper core materials we named ndc , the new panel branded ah ultra has shown mechanical properties way beyond any paper panel available in the market today , with compression stregth up to 46 tons per square meter & puncture stregth value near the ones wood shows.
